Questions we get asked
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during mall hours.
How long do repairs take?
Most are finished the same day and a good number while you wait. You get a time at the counter when you drop it off.
Does my jewelry get sent away?
No. The bench is about twenty feet from the counter and the work is done here.
What if you cannot fix it?
Then we tell you that, and we tell you why. There is no charge for looking.
My problem is not on the list — what then?
Bring it in anyway. The list is what comes up most, not everything we do.
Not sure we can fix it?
Send a couple of details and we will call you back. Or just walk in — it is quicker, and we can actually look at the piece.
