An ID plate or a bangle gives you a proper surface. You can fit a name and a date easily, a short message comfortably, and on a wide plate several lines. This is where people put the things they actually want to say.
Inside or outside
Outside is seen. Inside is private, and it wears less because it sits against the skin rather than against the world. Plenty of people do both — a name outside, a message inside.
Medical ID
We engrave medical bracelets and we take extra care over them. Bring the exact wording written down, including any spelling of a condition or a medication. We will read it back to you before anything is cut, because this is the one engraving where a typo genuinely matters.
Materials
Gold, silver, stainless and plated all engrave, and each behaves differently under the tool. Stainless is hard and holds a crisp line. Plated pieces need care because cutting goes through the plating. Tell us what it is, or bring it in and we will tell you.
