Bought at a mall counter
One thing to know
Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not affiliated with any of the brands named on this site and we are not an authorized service centre for any of them. If a piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work, and we will say so at the counter.
Your brand not listed?
Bring it in. Batteries, bands, pins, straps, crystals, clasps, chains, clasps, posts and prongs are everyday work here whatever the name on it.
Questions we get asked
Are you an authorized dealer for these brands?
No. We are an independent repair shop and not affiliated with any brand named here.
Will you look at a watch still under warranty?
We will look at it and tell you honestly what independent work might mean for that warranty. The decision is yours.
Do you work on brands not listed?
Yes. Bring it in.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during mall hours.
Not sure we can fix it?
Send a couple of details and we will call you back. Or just walk in — it is quicker, and we can actually look at the piece.
Drop it off, shop the mall, wear it tonight
We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
