Just bring the whole box
You do not need to sort it, clean it, or work out what anything is first. Bring the lot. We will go through it piece by piece with you at the counter and put everything into one of three piles.
The three piles
- Worth fixing. Pieces you would actually wear again, with a repair that makes sense.
- Worth selling. Gold, silver, platinum and stones you are never going to wear. We buy, and we will tell you what we would give you for it.
- Worth keeping as it is. Sentimental pieces where the honest answer is to leave them alone, or to turn several into one thing you would wear.
Odd pieces become new ones
Three broken chains become one good one. A pile of single earrings becomes a charm bracelet. Two rings nobody wears become one that somebody does. That is some of our favourite work and it starts with the box on the counter.
We buy everything, so bring everything
Gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, coloured stones, broken or whole, stamped or not. Just bring it in and we will look at it and tell you what we would buy it for. It depends on the piece and on where the market is that day, and we will explain what we are looking at.
No pressure either way
Plenty of people come in, find out what they have, and take the whole box home again. That is a perfectly good outcome and it is your call.

Every piece is different and a mixed box especially so. Put it on the counter, tell us what has happened, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

Can you make one piece out of several?
Yes, and it is some of our favourite work. Bring the box and your ideas.
What if I decide not to sell?
Then you take it home. No pressure either way.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.
Not sure we can fix it?
Send a couple of details and we will call you back. Or just walk in — it is quicker, and we can actually look at the piece.
Drop it off, shop the mall, wear it tonight
We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
