Stainless is harder than gold and silver, and it does not behave the same way on a bench. A lot of repair counters simply do not take it, which is why people end up carrying the same broken bracelet from shop to shop.
We take it. Bring it in and we will look at the piece and tell you what we can do with it.

- Bracelets that have given at a link or at the clasp.

Every piece is different and stainless especially so. Put it on the counter and we will tell you what we can do, before anything is agreed.
We do the other metals too
Gold in 10k, 14k and 18k, yellow, white and rose. Sterling silver. Platinum. Gold plated and gold filled, where we can also replate afterwards. Titanium and tungsten, which have their own rules. If you are not sure what yours is, we will tell you.

Yes. Bring it in and we will look at it.
Will the repair be visible?
Depends on the piece and where it broke. We will show you what to expect before anything is agreed.
How long does it take?
Most are same day. You will get a time at the counter when you drop it off.
What about my stainless watch bracelet?
That is everyday work here — links, pins and clasps. Usually while you wait.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
