Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized Tiffany & Co service centre and we are not affiliated with Tiffany & Co. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most
- A chain that has broken — at the clasp, at a link, or at the jump ring by the pendant.
- Clasps that have stopped closing or holding.
- Bracelet sizing — a link out, a link in, or a bangle reshaped.
- Ring sizing — some designs size easily, some want a look in person first.
- Sterling silver that has gone dark, cleaned and brightened.
- Stones and settings checked and tightened while the piece is on the bench.
Sterling and the hallmark
Tiffany pieces are usually stamped, and the stamp matters to you, so we work around it. Nothing we do should take a mark off a piece and we will tell you at the counter if the repair sits anywhere near one.
Silver goes dark, and it comes back
Tarnish is normal on sterling and it cleans off. Bring the piece in and we will do it properly rather than you rubbing at it with a cloth and taking the shine unevenly.
Bring it in and we will look at it
We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with Tiffany & Co. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
Can you repair a broken Tiffany chain?
Bring it in. We will look at where it gave and tell you what we would do.
Will the hallmark be affected?
We work around stamps, and we tell you at the counter if a repair sits near one.
Can you clean silver that has gone dark?
Yes, properly and evenly, which is hard to do at home.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
