Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized David Yurman service centre and we are not affiliated with David Yurman. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most
- A cable bracelet that has opened up and slides off the wrist.
- Clasps and end caps that have loosened or come away.
- A stone that has come loose in a ring or a bracelet end.
- Ring sizing — cable and mixed-metal designs want a look in person first.
- Silver that has gone dark between the cable strands, where a cloth will not reach.

Cable is its own thing
A twisted cable bracelet works by holding its shape. Once it has opened up it stops gripping the wrist, and getting it back is about reshaping rather than cutting. That is a bench job and it is one worth looking at in person before anything is agreed.
Two metals, two finishes
Silver and gold do not polish the same way, and a piece that mixes them has to be worked in stages. We will show you what to expect at the counter.

We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with David Yurman. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
My cable bracelet has opened up — can it be tightened?
Bring it in. It is a reshaping job and we will tell you what we see.
Can you clean between the cable strands?
Yes, properly, which is where a cloth at home cannot reach.
Can a cable ring be sized?
Some can and some want a different approach. Worth a look in person.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
