We are independent, and you should know that
Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized Tudor service centre and we are not affiliated with Tudor. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most
- Bracelet sizing — links out or in, clasp centred on the wrist.
- Clasp extensions — several Tudor clasps have a built-in adjustment worth using before links come out.
- Strap swaps — fabric, rubber and leather, spring bars fitted properly.
- Crystal and case finishing, brushed and polished kept separate.

Use the clasp before you lose a link
A lot of Tudor clasps adjust a few millimetres on their own. That is often the whole answer, and it costs you nothing but a look. We check that first before anything comes out of the bracelet.

We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

Are you an authorized Tudor service centre?
No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with Tudor. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
Can you size a Tudor bracelet while I wait?
Usually, yes. Bring it in during mall hours.
Does my clasp adjust on its own?
Several do. We check that first before taking links out.
Can you fit a fabric or rubber strap?
Yes, and we fit the spring bars properly while it is on the bench.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.
Not sure we can fix it?

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
