Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized Breitling service centre and we are not affiliated with Breitling. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most

Heavy bracelets need to fit right
A bracelet with real weight to it slides and marks the wrist when it is even slightly too big, and it presses when it is slightly too small. Getting it right is a matter of a link and sometimes a half-link, which is why we prefer you here while we do it.
You keep every link
Bagged and handed back. Breitling links are not something you want to replace later, so they go home with you.
Bring it in and we will look at it
We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

Are you an authorized Breitling service centre?
No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with Breitling. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
Can you size a Breitling bracelet?
Usually while you wait. Bring it in and we will fit it on your wrist as we go.
Do I keep the links?
Yes, every one, bagged.
Can you change a SuperQuartz battery?
Bring it in. We will look at the back and the gasket and tell you what we find.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.
Not sure we can fix it?
Send a couple of details and we will call you back. Or just walk in — it is quicker, and we can actually look at the piece.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
