Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized Pandora service centre and we are not affiliated with Pandora. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most
- A clasp that has stopped holding — the commonest reason a Pandora bracelet is in a drawer.
- Charms that slide off or clips that no longer grip the bracelet.
- A safety chain fitted or repaired.
- Bracelet length — too big, too small, or one that needs shortening after a run of charms went on.
- Silver that has gone dark, cleaned and brightened.
- A snapped bangle or broken link.
Why the clasp is usually the problem
A Pandora bracelet carries real weight once the charms are on, and all of it hangs off one clasp. Over time the spring in it tires. That is a repair rather than a replacement in a lot of cases, and either way it is worth putting on the counter.
Silver goes dark, and it comes back
Sterling tarnishes. It is what sterling does. Bring the bracelet in and we will clean it properly, including in around the charms where a cloth will not reach.
Bring it in and we will look at it
We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with Pandora. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
My Pandora clasp will not stay shut — can you fix it?
Bring it in. Clasps are everyday work here and we will tell you what we see.
Can you shorten a Pandora bracelet?
Bring it in with the charms on so we can fit it properly.
Can you clean a Pandora bracelet that has gone dark?
Yes, including in around the charms where a cloth cannot reach.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.
