We are independent, and you should know that
Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized Rolex service centre and we are not affiliated with Rolex. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your watch is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most
- Bracelet sizing — links out or in, clasp kept centred. Usually while you wait.
- A stretched bracelet — years of wear opens the links and the watch starts to sag on the wrist.
- Clasp trouble — a fold-over that has stopped holding.
- Case and bracelet finishing — brushed and polished surfaces have to be kept separate, which is most of the skill.
- Crystal and general repair — bring it in and we will look at it.
How a Rolex bracelet is put together
Screwed links rather than pushed pins on most models, which means they come apart cleanly when the right tools are used and get chewed when they are not. Some clasps have a small extension built in. We will look at what yours has before anything comes off.

A watch like this deserves a look in person rather than a guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we think and what we would do about it.

Are you an authorized Rolex dealer or service centre?
No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with Rolex. If your watch is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
Can you size my Rolex bracelet while I wait?
Usually, yes. Bring it in during mall hours.
Do I keep the links you remove?
Yes, every one, bagged. They belong to the watch and matching them later is not always possible.
Can you look at it before I commit to anything?
That is how we prefer to do it. Bring it in, we will look, and you decide.
Not sure we can fix it?
Send a couple of details and we will call you back. Or just walk in — it is quicker, and we can actually look at the piece.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
