We are independent, and you should know that
Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized Fossil service centre and we are not affiliated with Fossil. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most
- Batteries — fitted, gasket checked, back closed properly.
- Band links out or in on a bracelet, or new holes punched in a leather strap.
- A lost spring bar or pin, which is the usual reason a watch comes off the wrist.
- Torn or worn leather straps replaced.
- Chronograph hands that will not reset.
- A clasp or buckle that has stopped holding.
Chronograph dials and batteries
A lot of Fossil watches have sub-dials, and a hand left running or never reset will pull on a battery. Worth mentioning when you drop it off because it changes what we look for.
Batteries carry a year
If we fitted it and it dies inside twelve months, bring it back.
Bring it in and we will look at it
We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with Fossil. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
How long does a Fossil battery take?
Usually while you wait.
Can you add or remove links?
Yes, and you keep every link that comes out.
Can you punch extra holes in a leather strap?
Yes, at the counter.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.
Not sure we can fix it?
Send a couple of details and we will call you back. Or just walk in — it is quicker, and we can actually look at the piece.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
