Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized Omega service centre and we are not affiliated with Omega. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most

- Batteries on quartz models, with the gasket checked and the back closed properly.

Seamaster, Speedmaster, Constellation, De Ville
They are built differently and the bracelets come apart differently. Screwed links on some, pinned on others, and some clasps have a small extension built in. We will look at what yours has before anything comes off it.
You keep every link
Whatever comes out of the bracelet goes in a bag and goes home with you. Links belong to the watch and matching them later is not always possible, so they are worth keeping.
Bring it in and we will look at it
We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

Are you an authorized Omega service centre?
No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with Omega. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
Can you size my Omega bracelet while I wait?
Usually, yes. Bring it in during mall hours and we will look at it at the counter.
Do I keep the links you take out?
Yes, every one, bagged.
Can you change the battery in a quartz Omega?
Yes, and we check the gasket and close the back properly while it is open.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.
Not sure we can fix it?
Send a couple of details and we will call you back. Or just walk in — it is quicker, and we can actually look at the piece.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
