Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized Invicta service centre and we are not affiliated with Invicta. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most
- Batteries — often behind a screw-down back, which needs the right tool rather than force.
- Bracelet sizing — heavy links out or in, clasp kept centred.
- Crowns that have pulled out or will not screw down.
- Crystals — a chip or a crack on a mineral or sapphire face.
- Chronograph hands that never reset to zero.
- Clasps and safety catches that have stopped holding.
Screw-down backs and gaskets
A lot of Invicta cases screw shut rather than snapping. They come open cleanly with the right tool and they mark badly without one. While it is open we look at the gasket, because that is what keeps water out afterwards.
Heavy bracelets, real weight
A big bracelet slides and marks the wrist when it is a link too long. We fit it on your wrist as we go rather than guessing, and you keep every link that comes out.
Bring it in and we will look at it
We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

Are you an authorized Invicta service centre?
No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with Invicta. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
Can you open a screw-down case back?
Yes, with the proper tool, and we check the gasket while it is open.
Can you size the bracelet while I wait?
Usually, yes. Bring it in during mall hours.
My crown pulled out — can that be fixed?
Bring it in and we will look at the stem and the case and tell you what we find.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.
Not sure we can fix it?
Send a couple of details and we will call you back. Or just walk in — it is quicker, and we can actually look at the piece.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
