Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized TAG Heuer service centre and we are not affiliated with TAG Heuer. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most
- Bracelet sizing — links out or in, clasp centred.
- Batteries on quartz and chronograph models, with the gasket checked.
- A chronograph hand that will not reset to zero.
- Crystal replacement — sapphire, and the bezel refitted properly.
- Clasps and deployant buckles that have stopped holding.
- Rubber and leather straps swapped, with spring bars fitted correctly.

Different cases, different bracelets, different backs. Some come apart with screws and some with pins, and a couple have a clasp with a built-in extension. We will look at yours before anything comes off.
Chronographs draw more from a battery
If yours is going through cells faster than you would expect, a hand that never reset can be the reason. It is worth mentioning at the counter because it changes what we look for.
Bring it in and we will look at it
We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

Are you an authorized TAG Heuer service centre?
No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with TAG Heuer. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
Can you size my TAG bracelet while I wait?
Usually, yes. Bring it in during mall hours.
Can you replace a sapphire crystal?
Bring it in and we will look at the case and tell you what we can do.
Why does my chronograph go through batteries?
Often a hand left running or not reset. Worth looking at properly.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
