Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop. We are not an authorized Cartier service centre and we are not affiliated with Cartier. We say that plainly because you deserve to know it before you hand anything over, and because it matters if your piece is still inside a manufacturer warranty.
What people bring us most
- Watch bracelet sizing — links out or in, clasp kept where it should sit.
- Batteries on quartz models, gasket checked, back closed properly.
- Earring posts and backs — a post that has bent or given way, or backs that will not hold.
- Ring sizing questions — some designs size easily, some want a different approach. Worth a look in person.

Screws, pins and pieces that are meant to come apart
A few Cartier designs use screws where you would expect a pin, and the right driver matters. Bring the piece in and we will look at how yours is made before we touch anything.
Stones and settings
Diamonds and coloured stones get checked while the piece is on the bench — we tighten what is loose and tell you what we found, whether or not that was what you came in for.
Bring it in and we will look at it
We would rather look at the piece than guess over the phone. Put it on the counter, tell us what it is doing, and we will tell you what we see and what we would do about it. You decide from there, before anything is agreed.

Are you an authorized Cartier service centre?
No. Julio’s Jewelry is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with Cartier. If your piece is under a manufacturer warranty, that is worth weighing before any independent work.
Can you size a Cartier watch bracelet?
Usually, yes, and often while you wait. Bring the watch in and we will look at it.
Can you repair a Cartier earring post?
Bring it in. Posts and backs are everyday work here and we will tell you what we see.
Do you check the stones while it is with you?
Yes, every time, and we tell you what we find.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Always. We look at it with you at the counter, tell you what we see, and you decide.

We are inside Orland Square Mall in Orland Park. Walk in during mall hours, no appointment. Most repairs are finished the same day and a good number while you wait.
