Can I get a repair done the same day if I drive over from Justice?
Yes. Batteries, band sizing, earring repairs, cleaning and most engraving are done while you wait, and ring sizing, chain repair, stone tightening, prong work, welding and rhodium replating are almost always finished the same day — usually within the hour. Drop it off, walk the mall, pick it up before you head back to Justice.
Do you ship repairs out to another workshop?
No — not to a lab, not to another store, not anywhere. Everything is repaired at our own bench behind the counter. That is the only reason same-day work is possible.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time during mall hours — Mon–Thu 10am–8pm · Fri–Sat 10am–9pm · Sun 11am–6pm. You get a written price at the counter before any work starts, and you sign for the piece when you pick it up.
Do you work on watches as well as jewelry for customers from Justice?
Yes — the same bench handles both. Watch batteries, band and bracelet sizing, crystals, stems and crowns, clasps and spring bars, and cleaning. A new battery goes in with the case resealed and carries a one year warranty. We are an independent repair shop, not an authorized service centre for any brand.

That depends entirely on the piece — the metal, the condition, how much finishing it needs.
