Yes. Drop it off, walk the mall, pick it up before you head back to Chicago Ridge.
Do you ship repairs out to another workshop?
No. Nothing leaves the store. The two- and three-week waits people are used to come from mall counters mailing pieces off to a central lab. Our bench is here, which is why the piece goes home with you.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time during mall hours — Mon–Thu 10am–8pm · Fri–Sat 10am–9pm · Sun 11am–6pm. You get a written price at the counter before any work starts, and you sign for the piece when you pick it up.
Do you work on watches as well as jewelry for customers from Chicago Ridge?
Yes, both at the same counter. Batteries, bands and bracelets, crystals, stems and crowns, clasps and pins, plus cleaning. When we put a battery in we reseal the case, and that battery is covered for a year. We are an independent repair shop, not an authorized service centre for any brand.
