No. Walk in any time during mall hours — Mon–Thu 10am–8pm · Fri–Sat 10am–9pm · Sun 11am–6pm. You get a written price at the counter before any work starts, and you sign for the piece when you pick it up.
Do you work on watches as well as jewelry for customers from Blue Island?
Yes, both at the same counter. Batteries, bands and bracelets, crystals, stems and crowns, clasps and pins, plus cleaning. When we put a battery in we reseal the case, and that battery is covered for a year. We are an independent repair shop, not an authorized service centre for any brand.
